The terms on which this site is offered, and the limits of what it says.

In short

What are the terms of using the Xverse Digital site?

This site is published by Xverse Digital FZE for information. Reading it, using The Signal or booking a conversation does not create an engagement, and nothing published here is professional advice on your specific situation — an engagement begins only when a written proposal is signed by both parties.

01

Using the site

This site is operated by Xverse Digital FZE. You may read, quote and share it with attribution. You may not scrape it to train a commercial model, resell its contents, or present our methodology or writing as your own.

02

Advisory disclaimer

The read The Signal gives you is indicative. It is a pattern recognised from a short description, offered so the first conversation starts further along — not a diagnosis, an audit finding, or a recommendation you should act on unexamined.

Figures and outcomes on this site describe past work or cite named third-party research. They are not a forecast, and they are not a promise of the same result in your organisation.

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice.

03

When an engagement begins

An engagement begins when a written proposal or statement of work is signed by both parties. Until then, conversations, notes, estimates and briefs are exploratory and create no obligation on either side.

04

Intellectual property

Our methodology, frameworks, published writing, brand marks and this site's design remain ours. Work product created for a client under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement, and ownership of deliverables passes as it states.

Client names and marks appear here with permission or as a factual record of work delivered.

05

Third parties and links

We link to research and sources we did not write, and we name our execution partner and the platforms we use. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of anything we link to.

06

Liability

The site is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the site's general content. Liability under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement, not by this page.

07

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a statutory right you hold where you live.

08

Changes

We update this page when the way we work changes, and we date it when we do. This version stands from 28 August 2026.
